To summarize: Sauron kidnapped Nerdanel, and went around impersonating her. A week or two later, Fëanor figured it out. Unfortunately, his third son didn't, and, under the impression that his daddy was attacking his mommy, rather punched him in the face. Sauron was able to escape, and upon escaping, went and kidnapped Armand. Later on Maedhros,
