We have a sick dog. She has been on two round of antibiotics & is on her third. The vet says that it's kennel cough, but I'm thinking she might be sicker than that now. She is very low energy, not interested in food as much, and doesn't even finish her meals! She often coughs up food and stuff after eating. Last night, she woke me up with her

Can dogs get pneumonia?

I would definitely get her checked out. Here's hoping she perks up asap!

If she hasn't responded in a few days to the meds for Kennel Cough (did they give the dog also a Hydrocodone derived cough suppresant?) then it's probably something worse and get back to the Vet ASAP-extra!
