Also interesting that you didn't like Umbrellas of Cherbourg; I saw it back in the 80s, and recall it as romantic...must see it again! As I wrote yesterday, I've come to think of Belle de Jour as sexist crap -- though her erotic fantasies certainly turned me on when I first saw it
Since you and I enjoy cars, I wondered if you'd seen the 1965 shot of her in her Morgan in my reblogs...
I do like the shot you chose, though I don't see it as specially erotic...but that's just me!
