That is crazy and I've seen similar things happen here. I don't understand the conductor's unwillingness to show the passenger the fare chart, though. It does seem like he took a different bus the day before.

I see more and more violent reactions these days and they seem to start at an increasingly younger age. Look at all the very violent bullying among school children, at least in our Western society.
So sad.
