As I took the bus to the Ibis Hotel (near the Arlanda airport) from Stockholm Central, I saw what I thought was a parked and exhibited Jumbo (Boeing 747).

Since I was there just for an evening, I might have settled for a communal bathroom; I'm not sure, I've never done it before!
But it would have been a unique experience. I can understand that the rooms must be small. When they want passengers to have as small seats as possible, why would they let them have more "room"? :D
The individual rooms are only 5 sq. metres. That's barely enough room to turn around in. But as you say...the experience might well be worth it. :D

Except I would only stay in the rooms with private bathrooms!
(And from what I saw on the website it is not that inexpensive!)
Ibis is always good value though the rooms are pretty small when we've stayed at them.
