I went with N C Mohan and Raja Bandi to do a recce of the area around his farmhouse, and by sunset, he took us to a point nearby which was called "Bilekkal". This is a corruption of "Bili Kallu" or white stone...

i'm not sure i would want to live under a large rock like that, but i sure would want a blue elephant rock in my backyard!!

Such lovely photos--the ethereal clouds makes such a contrast with the solid rock! And the sun is just lovely.

Like Nina, I wouldn't want to live under the rock though the rock is quite impressive and I LOVE that elephant painting!
