Amazon seems to have a lot of used copies for under ten bucks. I might pick one up.

I better get on the stick and order one, then, hadn't I? Or they'll all be gone, gone, gone. :)

You KNOW this guy? Do you think he'd like a fan letter? A cup of coffee? A nice chat? I think he's the bee's knees, swear to god.

You know him? I love this book! I tracked down copies for me and all my friends when I was a teenager! Can I meet him?

I *did* know that about the Dakota! But then, my father only spent 6 years of his entire life outside New York and took pleasure in such facts.

So, quick unrelated question. Remember that Coyote Road event there was supposed to be on Sunday at Books of Wonder? Has it been cancelled, or rescheduled, or what? Because I don't see it listed anymore.

You are so right! It's not on the site. I'll have to check into this. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.

Keep me posted! I was planning on making the trip downtown for the event. I'll be sad if it's cancelled.

It looks like it's back on the calender, but I've got a question for you. Is the book going to be available? It looks like the book is coming out on the 19th, and the event is on the 10th.

If not (and I know this is asking a lot) do you or Ellen have any spare copies I could buy off of you? I'd love to get a copy signed by the whole lot of you, and I'll be sad if there's an event but no book!
