Why is it so hard to get AT&T to do the right thing?

Our company just ported all the Verizon blackberries to AT&T - much to the verizon user's distaste (including my own.) I left AT&T because I could not stand their customer "support." It was pulling teeth trying to get anything corrected. Especially if it was their fault ( Read more... )

I have a real distain for AT&T since I have been FORCED to use them in the shop (because they are the ONLY OPTION). We have our cells through Verizon and I'm not going back. I love Verizon. They are the ONLY service that has coverage at our house.

And dealing with AT&T makes me want to kill people. Mostly the people that work for AT&T.
