Omg.... this just reaffirms 'the end'. No more of your wonderful dissections and readings.

The epilogue for me was a little bit too sugary, but it is understandable to feel that way after just coming from a bloodbath. James Sirius was something everyone could see coming. I wonder though, where Ginny was during the naming of her children....

Now I'm a book purist, so the more information the better. I was initially disappointed with the lack of information ( I was very keen to know about George...) but Jo was right, I guess. Too much would have just cramped it.

I also, am glad that Harry did not raise Teddy. That would have been too much.

One thing though, was that the kids didn't seem to know the history behind their parents, but I'm guessing thats highly unlikely. More like they know the story, the know the people, and it doesn't bother them. The comment was likely sarcasm, or amusement.

Yeah, it's back to the fanfiction mines for me!

A good question. Although I suppose that, as the youngest of seven, her brothers probably used a lot of the Weasley family names before she even got started.

I think that when you're a kid, your parents are just Mum and Dad, whoever they happen to be. It's possible that they just don't understand exactly how famous Harry is, not having any concept of what the world was like before Voldemort was defeated. Besides that, I get the impression that they might have been raised away from the wizarding world. Both Harry and Ron have muggle drivers licenses, to they might be trying to get away from the hype.

It has been a hellacious month. I finally get a chance to come back...the last day.

I shall have fun reading through all of your old entries.

You have just summed up the epilogue perfectly. I could probably stomach it a bit more now.

Yeah, me too, now that I'm used to it. But I still could have done without it.

I'm still choosing to ignore it.

Yeah, it was sort of a let down.

I loked the epilogue! I think I'm about the only one who did though! Haha.

I'll add you if you don't mind? Although nothing goes on in my journal at all!
I've really enjoyed reading your entries.

Please do. This is a purely fandom journal, so it will continue to be about all things Potter (and very occasionally other fandoms).
