To second a bit of this the forum rules: no slurs. I get that you're frustrated (I would never go on a PVP server for that exact reason), but that doesn't excuse a lack of mindfulness in your language.
Hi. Mod here. I understand the sentiment behind your comment but if you have a problem with language being used by someone here, please contact us through PM and we'll handle it. Thanks.
That really sucks. I transferred off a PvP realm because CRZ made levelling horrible. I used to level in less popular zones intentionally to try to avoid world PvP before that, though.
You have my sympathies; no way in hell would I roll on a PvP realm.
Still, if you're having that much trouble just picking up those three levels, it might be worth it to go ahead and reroll a level 1 on a PvE realm -- if you're getting camped all the time and dungeons aren't working for you, then it might be less time and frustration to start over.
I'm sure you've thought of this, but I figure it might be worth hearing from someone else. I'm a trained, professional economist, and I can still fall victim to the sunk cost fallacy.
Eh, there are people who like open world PvP and there's nothing wrong with that. If you loathe it I'm not sure why it's surprising that it's a frustrating experience for you. People can't magically smell that you don't want to be on that server. They're going to treat you like everyone else and that's okay - they went to a PvP server for a reason.
It's more about the fact that I was getting camped by a level 90 in a level 50 zone that I had picked specifically because it was a low population zone. I can handle "legitimate" world PvP (which is to say, getting killed by people at or around my level who are questing in the same zone as me), I just wish Blizzard would do something to prevent max level players from camping zones.
But that's legitimate world PvP too. When you get camped on PvP servers you ask your guildies/friends to help you, or rally some strangers from the cities (people on PvP servers usually are like bloodhounds, scream for help once and you might just have started a small faction war), or find ways to sneak away from the level 90 (a skill I learned early on and that still comes in handy during holiday achievements). Blizz has always said they wont interfer with it, so we're the ones that have to learn how to deal with it.
Though I wanted to add I am sorry that you're having such a hard time, I don't mean to blame you for being frustrated. I hope you find a way to level that char!
Have you considered leveling in BGs? Structured PvP is such a different animal from random world PvP. Maybe queue for Isle of Conquest and just sit in a cannon and defend the gates.
I was going to second this. It seems counterproductive to work out PVP frustration by doing more PVP, but at least you won't be griefed by max levelers and in the larger BGs you can largely avoid PVP contact completely.

Is there any way you can quest at non-peak hours? During the day there's usually not many people around.

Keep it classy. Even if the pvpers can't.
