I booked 3 nights at the Orleans on vegas.com which has a "Double the Difference" best rate guarantee.  Their rates were 59.50, 31.50, 31.50 while hotels.com had 29, 29, 29.   It will be interesting to see what, if anything, I get back.  But I paid the 10$ for the cancellation waiver so I think I am safe.  I saved screenshots of hotels.com and
