[Connor is rather surprised to find a merman in his back yard pool and carefully lays down on the edge to look at him.] Hello?

"Hello." Tim swims closer peeking out at him. "What are you?"

I'm a kitsune, a fox boy. What are you?

"A Merman." Tim twist and splashes in the water. "A fish boy, except not really fish."

[Hopefully he hasn't hit himself on any of the of support rails that Dick had to add. Dick is watching his unexpected guest from his wheelchair, a wry look on his face.]

This is going to put a damper on my morning routine.

He hasn't hit himself yet, but they're very helpful in pulling himself up since the water isn't deep enough to really move through. "Sorry to intrude."

I'm sure you weren't intending to. [Dick looks a bit embarrassed to ask the next thing,] But, ah... I do have a schedule to adhere to, so... is there a way for you to... move somewhere else for a while?

Tim peers over the edge of the tub looking around the room. "I can try." Dragging himself across dry land is no fun, but the floor looks safe enough. It's a very ungraceful exit from the water.
