The Media Says That Vinyl Is Outselling CDs - It's A Lie

Recent news from the media has stated that vinyl records have superseded sales of CDs for the first time for 35 years ago. It has been stated that they have made more revenue for the music industry than CDs. That may be true - as they cost at least twice as much as a CD - but that is because the metric they are using is based on revenue value

maybe just in used bins, vinyl is eclectic
hardly anyone has players anymore, cd or vinyl
i have a number that are worn out, they're so old
but i think the bulk of music is now digital
with new devices, like smart phones and earbuds
could be different here than where you live
that's just what i've noticed
