"Lazarus Rising" is perhaps the best season premiere of the entire show, followed closely by the S2 opener. Just, love. ♥

IT IS WHERE DEAN/CASTIEL BEGAN. WHERE I WENT "WHOOOAAAA!" AT THE ANGEL REVEAL. WHERE I GOT SO EXCITED ABOUT THE NEW MYTHOLOGY ADDED. JUST PURE LOVEEEEEE.

I agree! That was before I was a spoiler lover and didn't know how they were getting Dean out of Hell. It was amazing!

Yes!!! You just knew that it was something special because Castiel saw through all of Dean's defenses. And the LOVE!!!

And it just added a whole new layer to Supernatural with the mythology.
