I've attempted to figure that out several times, and each time, I've ended up in the kitchen looking for food. All I've learned so far is that Kaidoh-san does not believe in instant soba.

I admit, that was too obvious. I'll apparently have to stalk follow find out another anyway. A lot can be said about what type of underwear one wears.

No, it's not useless in spam mail. It's exactly what it was delevoped for - the random text makes it look like a real email with words, and therefore the mail gets past your spam filters.

Not out of practice, exactly, but I haven't been putting much into my own training lately. Too many other things have come up, and I've been distracted. Besides, with the Newcomer Tournament only a few weeks away, the extra practice certainly won't be amiss.
