As 49ers fan, I think Harbaugh will bring a spark to Michigan for few seasons. But I also believe that something will happen due to Harbaugh's personality and approach. Someone summed it up well, a writer who've I forgotten, that his style is better for college and for players who are only around for 2-3 years or so.

While Ohio State deserves to be in the playoffs, 1 great team doesn't make the conference great. The B1G is currently one of the weaker major conferences when you look at all the teams.

The Lampard situation is a joke, and it's been handled so poorly by everyone involved. It's damaged NYCC's reputation, along with MLS', and I'm curious to see what kind of reaction the NYC fans will give him when he finally does come over. If nothing else happens, it'll probably be smoothed out by next season (2016) but it'll be a rough beginning for Lampard in MLS. I can't wait to see tifo in Cascadia when he plays there.

Lampard may physically be in NYC around the start of the MLS season, but if it's not before the end of the winter transfer deadline then he won't actually be playing until July/summer transfer window.
