Hmm. There's nothing quite like sitting in the den and listening to rain hit the roof.

Or hearing the thunder before the first drop falls.

Or going outside in the ninety seconds before the water pours from the sky to play Frisbee and chase your dog, and absorb the charge of the air.

I love rain.

After a two-week hiatus of following my actual workout plan (i.e., working out on my own, besides the one- or two-days a week with my colleagues), I'm very pleased to say that not only am I back on track, but I've managed to up the weight on a few exercises!
