I do, very much. I like your color choices - he looks like a stone guardian, which free associates back to your post on the Tower of London for me. In any event, he definitely is about strength and power. :)

But it will be a beautiful, lush, full life story. Are you still planning on one day getting the Lantern Waste one? I always loved your descriptions for plans of it.

I will probably work it into what I think is going to be a sleeve if/when I manage to write full time. If i can manage that - a point where I know that having tattoos will not affect jobs? Then it'll be like...a sleeve full of things from books that mattered to me. The Lantern Waste from Narnia, the World Tree from American Gods, a pair of shoes from The Long Walk, a blackened Dahlia flower for James Elroy's The Black Dahlia, something from A Wrinkle In Time (though I'm not sure what), something from the Bruce Coville universe, Flynt's Treasure Map from Treasure Island, maybe Wayside School around the bottom? (yes, my literary tastes are mostly juvenile /o\) Basically, Lantern Waste will be part of what I want to be a literary version of Pete's nightmare sleeve. BUT NO ALICE IN WONDER LAND BECAUSE SERIOUSLY. It's full of cool stuff but for tattoos, its kind of overdone, and honestly, it wasnt ever the book of my heart. Not like Narnia or My Teacher is an Alien or Stephen King or The LA Quartet. Anyway. Wow that got long.
