[warped from here.]This couldn't be good for Porky's stomach. With every warp, an extremely uncomfortable wave of nausea washed over him, and, while they weren't getting more intense, having so many so quickly made it seem like they were. Still reeling from the latest warp, Porky shut his eyes and held a hand out to steady himself. Ah, well. Maybe ( Read more... )

[from here.]

"...we're back." The relief in Endrance's voice was almost palpable, overriding the disorientation and shock after the sudden attack. It didn't matter exactly where they were, just as long as it wasn't town and it wasn't that animal room.

"Are you both all right...?", he asked a moment later. "I'm -- "

He looked down, seeing a little blood from the thing's nails, but it wasn't serious and wouldn't keep him from moving. It wasn't a bite and it really didn't hurt too much.

So there were zombies in Doyleton - just less of them, and it was only reachable by portals. As scared as he'd been, this was much preferable to what they'd had to go through the week before. Where were they now, anyway? ...A bathroom?

It was only then that he noticed peripherally that Leon had clung onto him, but he was too preoccupied with waiting for his heart to stop trying to jump out of his chest to object. His nod at being asked if he was okay was automatic ( ... )

[skipping Endrance by request]It took a minute or two for Leon to be willing to release Haseo's shirt. The teen hadn't said anything, but Leon knew he might be pressing his luck if he held on for too long. And anyway, it was childish. There weren't any zombies here and he needed to put on a brave face - especially since Endrance might be injured ( ... )
