[from here] The men's block was just around the corner. So far there weren't many people out. Was she simply moving faster than the others? She hoped Ichimaru had the sense to steer far away from her and the memorial. Momo couldn't promise she wouldn't try to kill him if she saw him.

He went quietly back the way he'd come, not really sure if he should try to strike up a conversation or just keep quiet. The doctor's offices wouldn't be that difficult to find, given they'd walked past them several times in the last week.
They were still near the rooms, so he wasn't terribly worried about attack, though he glanced around and tried not to appear nervous.

Gin was many things for many reasons, but he was not a fool. Not before and not now. He still had enough of his power and his instincts to keep out of sight and sense of the others as he stalked through the darkness, light off for now. The sooner he got away from the densely populated dorm rooms, the better.

Kvothe was surprised at how few people there were out, though he supposed it was partly due to getting a faster start than the previous night. He didn't see Clark yet, so he moved on to the main hallway to wait.

She hurried quickly along the main corridor and towards the turn off for the men's block of rooms where she knew her captain's room to be.

Everyone else seemed to be doing the same thing that he was - rushing here or there to meet someone. A woman moved past him to go through the door that Peter had just left, and others were slowly traversing up and down the hall, flashlights either on or off.
Peter wasn't sure how some people could move around the dark corridors without their flashlight on, but it wasn't like everyone here was completely human. And with so many other people using their flashlights, maybe that was enough for some patients to get by.
Either way, he was glad that it was such a short trip to the stairs. Taking a right, all he had to do was walk a short way and he'd be there.

Sylar knew that this particular stage of his stalking would be a cakewalk given the high amount of people that usually passed through this hallway. Even in the darkness, the beam of Peter's flashlight and the shovel over his shoulder made him easy to pick out from the rest of the crowd, and Sylar was able to follow at a distance without any problem.
If Peter was sticking to the plans he'd made on the bulletin, he and Elle would be meeting by the stairs. So long as Sylar stayed far enough away to remain unseen and kept an eye out for Elle so he didn't run into her, things would hopefully go exactly as planned.
