[From here]There were times where Tyki thought some buildings just looked too dull. Landels, with its amount of hallways, definitely fell into that category. It was more than cruel to let someone walk through a boring set of hallways before finally arriving somewhere interesting

It was surprisingly empty when Allen started out, but maybe they'd already come and gone and maybe they just hadn't left yet. He still wasn't sure exactly what they were supposed to be doing tonight. The bulletin post had said something about the radio, but it'd also said something about Rukia, all of which was half-scribbled out.

He might be unsure, but he'd just have to fetch Rinali and go from there. Wasn't much else they could do.

No problems so far. He only had a little bit further to go, so he wasn't too worried. Still with his luck, it would be smart not to push himself too far. two more hallways and he'd be at Soubi's room though. Not that he had any idea what they would do once he arrived, but they'd figure something out. They always did.

Jamie thought, based on previous trips to his room from different parts of the institution, that more of the patient rooms were along the hallway through the door that was now just to his right. He wondered briefly what lay at the other end of the hallway, but didn't devote much time to thinking about it, instead heading through the door into the next corridor.

Well, here he was... and his comrades were nowhere to be seen. Well that was just great. Though he supposed it only served him right after the last time he'd kept them waiting, didn't it? He took his post by the door to the outside, leaning against the wall and waiting. They'd surely be along shortly, and then they could move on. Perhaps they could go to that mine again? That sounded as promising as anything else.

Argilla spotted Roland when she moved into the corridor and a smile lit her face. She hurried up to meet him, moving to his side quickly. "Hello," she said. "I guess Heat is late?"

Roland smiled as she hurried to him, resisting the urge to wrap an arm around her shoulders. He and she... they'd gotten closer here in the Institute, but he wasn't sure how far to go with it. Argilla wasn't the average woman, after all... she was fully capable of killing him and feeding on his cold corpse if it came to that. Damn elemental weaknesses.

Ah well. That was a worst-case, and at that moment, he doubted worse would come to worst. "Just a little bit. I doubt he'll be too much longer." Which was just a guess on his part, but so it went.

Argilla nodded in response, leaning against the wall and looking along the corridor in case she could spot her fellow Embryon. He wasn't exactly difficult to miss, with his hair that bright colour. Roland was the one of them who's hair was the most subdued. They didn't seem to stick out too badly here though. She'd seen other people with hair the colour of Heat's.

"My roommate vanished," she said after a moment, frowning slightly.

The girls hallway was a little further than the magician's, but did not involve having to head outside. A good thing as, for once, Kurogane was not intending to seek out a fight just yet. He took a right and headed for another hallway.
