In at least one facet of my life, I know what I want.  Making it happen is not so easy.  Hard work doesn't bother me.  It's the uncertainty of the reward and committing to a path that might be a dead end that scares me.  It's the nature of the sacrifice that disturbs me.

You can do it. I have read your stuff, and it's good. Not being able to go out as often sucks (I've been there, hell, I AM there) but the reward will be totally worth it. I've been trying to record (mostly) the same 15 songs for 4 years now, and despite all the new shiny software I keep getting to make it sound better, I don't sacrifice the time necessary to finish the project. If you've got the drive to do this, more power to you, man. I'll keep you in my thoughts and prayers.
