I was a bit of a domestic wonder today. That Deceptively Delicious cookbook requires a bunch of purees so I made 2 cups spinach puree, 5 cups pumpkin puree and 1/2 cup red pepper puree to go with the chickpeas and cauliflower puree I'd made on Friday. For dinner we had tofu nuggets with mac n cheese (from the cookbook) and roasted Brussels sprouts
