The skirt looks really cute and it's a nice inspired outfit :)

If you want to go for a full Lolita outfit, I personally would change the blouse, maybe a wite or black one, it seems to fit better to the skirt. Also some jewellery and head accessoires to make the outfit more detailed :)

Hey :) First, your hair is awesome, I'm absolutly jealous right now.

I think that this outfit lacks of certain lolita elements that are still needed for a lolita outfit. Everything is a bit too modern to fit in, especially the shirt and belt. This skirt may lack a bit of poof for lolita, but it seems like a good basis for Otome-kei which retain a lot of lolita-like elements but is more casual :)

And congrats for handmaking stuffs ! We have some really talented seamstress here thanks to sew-loli, glad to see (damn autocorrect) you're part of the community.

Thank you! It's too bad I look super deeply but I'll look into coord-ing this skirt into more obvious lolita territory.

I'm digging the fabric of your skirt! The two ladies ahead of me have pretty much summed up any changes that would turn this nice casual outfit into more lolita territory. I think the only thing I might add is a more appropriate shoe, like simple Mary Janes.
