[Chinese] AnD - side story
This isn't chapter 5 - this is a conclusion to a whole string of side stories. Or well, the conclusion for a side-story.

It's most likely just a conclusion of side stories, and not the main story. It's possible, seeing as there are only 24 pages this time.
Also, below the comment from shouichi has confirmed that there will be a chapter 5.
