Ok so I mean to post about my last weekend last week and it never happened.  Things are starting to get interesting around here-yeah! The weekend before last (So September 12th-14th) was mostly calm on account of Ilon still needing to get through the mass of homework. Yeah!.

Recipes - if you want to make my super easy cheese dip here is what you do: In a crockpot melt a block of Mild Mexican Velveeta Cheese (I sometimes microwave it first to get it started melting) with a can of Hormel Chilli without beans, mix in a little salsa and voila - Mexican cheese dip. You would need a small crockpot though.

Crockpot keeps it warm and melty. :) Otherwise it gets hard and difficult to dip veggies/chips in.

Ohh....well small crockpots aren't that much. I've got time-I'll just keep my eyes out for one (we really need one-like I really want one of the big awesome ones!)
