We can in stores buy gluten free pizza bottoms and then put things on it yourself. But these bottoms are thicker as the Italian pizza from the pizza restaurant.
I'm a member in the Swedish celiac union. And I am also in the Coeliac blog on Facebook but this is in Swedish. I am not sick in this but I am a kind of support member.
And I'm also fighting for this.
When I made the Swedish Christmas dinner I had to be secure and read all the text when I bought the food.
But I could not find the German Schär no gluten bread crumbs in the stores. Fortunately we found another brand.
In restaurants on the Swedish Christmas table they have gluten bread crumbs in the small meat balls. :-(
Lennart was so happy I made gluten free meat balls on my own Christmas table.
My new years resolution will be to fight more for the Coeliac disease people.
Have a happy new year!
