ISO Anna Frozen Fash'em

On Youtube I saw someone open a Frozen Fash'em capsule and get an Anna figure where she is completely frozen.
I've been looking on eBay for that particular one but can't seem to find it.
Is it super rare? Does anyone know where I could buy one?

I've seen the capsules at Walmart and Target. That was a couple months ago though, so I'm not sure if they're still kicking around or not.
