I'm going to be headed out to Galveston next week, and if I'm lucky, I might get a gallery out there. I hope I do. Dallas is rather weird about allowing new artists in. They prefer for them to become established, and then come back to Dallas. Why? No idea, but it's been that way for years. *shrug*

I have to ask: how do you come up with your ideas? And, once you have, do you go straight into the working or do you sketch things out first? I'm intrigued... this sort of craft is so far outside my range of experience that I'm fascinated to know how an artisan such as yourself operates.
