...but his 'oh, I think I'm not hungry now' is currently met with putting his dish in the refrigerator, and puttering about in the kitchen. Within five minutes, he begs again, and the dish comes out.
Honey, I'm so GLAD he was merely acting. What a smart boy you have. Let's hope he doesn't teach this little trick to Leiber, who I still think is playing dumb.
I really am glad, too. However, I do understand parents who tell their children... "Don't you ever scare me like that again, or I will skin you alive!"
That's a fair comment, and I would absolutely agree, if I hadn't caught him smirking after he made me open three different kinds of canned cat food the other day. :)
