Vodafone is a larger company than BeBook - so there is a higher chance they won't disappoint me with lousy customer service and unwillingness to err on the side of actually making a customer happy.

I'll see how long it takes to arrive at work.

mobile phone, google, vodaphone, android

And apparently half the cost of what I've paid to get a working BeBook Neo.

Small company size doesn't excuse BeBook its poor customer service. I ordered a waterproof phone case from http://www.overboard.com.au and there was a delay of a couple of weeks because they were waiting to restock with a new, improved version of the case. I was in no hurry and didn't complain, but they not only apologised, but sent the case express-post (at no extra charge) as soon as it was available, and threw in a free dry pouch as well.

Which would have had the added bonus of me not posting bad reviews of them in all the BeBook Neo forums and giving bad reviews for the so called "armour protection" product they sell on their website for all the Amazon UK and USA entries.
