Friday A.M.

Ready to go to work. Sprayed perfume into my hair thinking it was my rootlifter spray. Quickly snapped out of it before reeking perfume.

Find your center.

Breathe into your stressed muscles.

Trust your core.

Hmmm..my back hurts
I don't think I have enough breath to BREATHE into all my stressed muscles.
Trusting the power of my core is putting too much trust on such a little thing.

Sometimes, I just laugh at all these yogalese. But I enjoy every moment of my classes.

Been preoccupied. Kinda neurotic really. I lack any creative outlet. I ordered 35 bottles of acrylic paints and 6 canvases and we'll see where it would take me. I have to let out some of these pentup emotions. The weather has been crappy. Cold as usual. Work has been the same but they're talking about contraction.
