CSS here in California has figured it will save them money if they stop sending out checks and just give everyone a bank card that they can deposit money into an account electronically. Honestly, a great idea. All they have to do is put all of our current information into the new system correctly... HA HA HA HA

I'm not surprised, but it's not just public agencies; morons are everywhere.

My friend nearly had to sue Mitsubishi because every time she made a payment, they kept ADDING her payments to her debit instead of SUBTRACTING them, despite several complaints from her; then they tried to repossess her totally paid off car, which she was living in at the time!

Hope they get it straightened out. But I would keep bugging them. :-T

Oh my, sounds like you need to make a personal visit. Just do me a favor and keep any guns or blunt objects at home. That is just wrong, but blowing up on them is just giving them the power. I think they learned that it's the calm ones they need to look out for.
I know it's not my fault, but i am saying it any ways. Sorry. I figure someone should say it, even if it is out of our control. Good luck.
