“You’re really warm…” Haise said, his voice a whisper in the middle of the night.
Kaneki only laughed a bit, lying his head on Haise’s, rubbing his cheek against silky hair strands.
The two-tone-haired male hugged the other, hearing his heart beating, the soft drum vibrating through his body. If he could, he would stay there forever.
Kaneki started to caress his beloved, running his fingers on his back, smiling when he felt his lover relaxing, as if all his worries didn’t even exist.
It was somewhat cold and Sasaki had just came back from a trip he made due to work; a whole week away from home, seven days without being able to see or touch his husband, barely being able to speak to him. Now, that he was back, Haise didn’t want to let go of Kaneki.
“Are you going to sleep like this?”
The black-haired male asked, a little amused, noticing how his husband was closing his tired eyes, though Haise was still holding at him as if his life depended on it.
“…Uhn… I’m finally home…” Was the sleepy answer.
And Kaneki only laughed a bit more, spreading sweet kisses on Sasaki's head.
“Welcome home.”
