That was awesome.

WHY am I still awake? I'll tell you why... great fiction and the iTunes has got a pretty sweet amount of variety.

This made me think of "Basketcase"... XD Yay old Green Day.

I just loved Ed figuring out that remotely "I'm gonna CLIMB THE WALLS" feeling. You described it perfectly.

I really enjoyed the way you portrayed Ed's train of thought in this fic. It has always been my belief that if Al were restored and everything was "fine", Ed would be unhappy without a goal, and I've wanted to see that written into more fics. I think you did a great job expressing that aimless dissatisfaction here.

As cheesy as this is going to sound, it reminds me a little of a Star Trek quote, in which Kirk says that man is not meant for Eden. And I'm sure my nerd cred just went up about 200% for that reference. >>
