Well here it is an update. While I still continue to log on Live Journal quite regularly I don’t really see any reason to update. That’s not entirely true, I find myself thinking of updating a lot and if it was possible to write and post from my head you would find a lot more post from me. But as it is I find myself attempting to wind down after

Be good to yourself. I have been through this a few times.. not fun.. but it is humbling and you will get through it.
