Alright, so her plumber showed up this morning and I ran through the place with him. I'm not a plumber but I do understand pipe layouts and how the lines would've been laid out in the walls, so we agree on where the pipes run and that the water damage I showed you is nowhere near the pipes... again that should be a major concern. My condo is unaffected, but the condo in question is a rental unit above my garage at the back of the building. Really it's not affecting me much at all. But it's deplorable to let that continue to affect the living conditions of the people above that mess and next door to it.

Right, but my point is that you can't just "move" as you own the place you're in there, not the one effected.

Maybe time to move yourself, to avoid any future issues. Or get a really good renters policy!

If I could sell this condo I would, but not in this market. I'm seriously considering moving to another office within the company to force a promotion/pay raise that will let me rent somewhere else and hold onto the condo which I can then either rent or just leave vacant with a security service to watch over it.
