Ridiculously easy. You go to Skype.com and hit the huge "DOWNLOAD SKYPE!" button, and that's about it :o)

okay..i hope the webcam thing is easy. did you set one up already? seriously i am so tech-retarded i don't think i can set up a computer. well i know i can't, and these are the ones with color coded cables =(
