She's Fergie from the Black Eyed Peas. Sometimes she looks pretty, but usually she looks over-botoxed and slightly manly.

OMG check this out! This comparison was in Twist magazine! Oh, and before you wonder why I am reading shit like Twist (it's like "16" and all that teenie-bopper shit), I work at Borders one day per week and was shelving magazines. (Or maybe I secretly want to know about Lindsay Lohan's most embarrassing moment!)
