Yep. Just what someone like that needs, to have their electricity "boosted" so they can hurt themselves worse. Sheesh.

I imagine determining if the iron was hot was done by touch?

LOL! I wonder what exactly happens to different homes (or districts or villages) to make them get weaker or more powerful electricity. Is it proximity to the power lines? to the power station? How quickly they pay their bills? If the city alderman/mayor/burgermeister is on good terms with the head of the power company? If they are older (or younger) than the next village?

I also wonder if the lights are dimmer there. It would only stand to reason, right?
