Alas! I ran right over to my local Ben and Jerry's, and received no such free cone! Apparently this deal is only available in MA, where the statewide health care means that the store's liability is covered in cases of brain freeze. If only the reform bill had included a solid public option, I would now be enjoying a free rocky road with sprinkles. Time for a stern letter to my congressman.
