Being a trained shinobi from Konoha, the teen was used to traveling light, accustomed moving from place to place with the bare minimum of supplies, so packing up and heading out of his tent had taken mere minutes, if that

It was interesting, the way the Rendezvous Point was not far from L's quarters in the physical sense, yet the tunnels had been arranged such that a relatively long walk was necessary. Of course, if someone ever managed to invade the encampment in this manner, the distance would be a boon

Megatron had been among the first to arrive. He left the first and second brigades to their leaders, but as the only officer without a division, he took it upon himself to ensure that the civilians (and officers, though looking after the civilians may have been their job to begin with, plus his own strategist and second-in-command of course) were present and accounted for. He would be among the last to travel to New Utopia.

L was here already, he could see. Standing head and shoulders above the other conscripts, it was easy to scan the crowd for the faces he was looking for.
