New Layout and Header

Well as you can most likely see, I've put up a new layout and header. I quite like the layout, I think the darker colours are better, but let me know what you think. If there are any problems with the layout, especially with showing up in different browsers, mis-alignment, coding, etc please let me know.

Everything looks great. Except, I'd move the advertisements to horizontal. Having them vertical makes everything weird.
