A very good friend of mine, Mark Young, is a pretty great realtor. He's a super guy too. Tell him Amber from Bridgeway referred you if you do call him.

personally, I'd recommend the Mel Team- 277-7137 (or toll free- 800-748-3818). All of the realtors on the team are really good, and all of the people working on the team are really, really nice and helpful.

I strongly recommend my friend, Sarah Lapides 331-6122 (Southwest Realty of Penrose). We used her to buy the house I'm at now, and it was the best experience. She's great. Her husband's also in roofing/construction, and man, they totally know the most cost effective to sell.

Tell her Criz sent you if you use her. ;-)
