I now work for a dialysis clinic and have recently been promoted to charge nurse. I love this job. It is really the best job I have ever had. So Dusty and I are going to Bama for Thanksgiving. We will be there early Thursday morning through Sunday afternoon. I am actually excited to see everyone in my family (well on my mom's side anyway). Wow Its hard to believe this year is almost over already. good grief the years are flying by.

I was at work this afternoon monitoring my patients...the charge nurse and I turned one of the patients who can't move on her own. I walked the line of my patients once more checking blood pressures and when I got back to the lady we turned she was gone.
