I once did that while walking down the street as a newspaper floated in towards my hands. Sure enough I caught it!

I actually spent an afternoon in the hospital once because of that very effect. I was in hay river NWT and my tiny lab had exactly 2 beakers. I dropped one, and of course my reaction was to catch it before it fell and hit the ground. It of course broke on the edge of the table and I succeeded in closing my hand on a falling mass of broken glass. The resulting drive into hay river while bleed profusely was... interesting.

So sometimes the telekinetic thing is a BAD idea.

Most people consider nagging very intolerable....thats an interesting view point

So..Ive done that many times...Like dropping food on the floor...you wanna eat it so you try to catch it befores it dirty....usually you eat it anyway when it hits the floor......
