I tried to start it like a week ago. They took the kids to the movies and Margaret started crying and Richard was like this is really awkward and I just started yelling KISSKISSKISS like Kathy Geiss in that episode of 30 Rock where Liz and Jack pretend to be in a soap opera. I just wanna grab the backs of their heads and smush their faces together.

You describe her so well and so truthfully it's brilliant. I don't care for this character and the way you write her somehow manages to beautifully describe all the things I don't like. Excellent use of Charlie's "infliction" which so easily could have been funny but you made it into something harsh and upsetting.
