I desperately need to write an Oscar column this week--I don't even remember who all was nominated for Globes. The early/short Oscar season has caught me off guard.
Oh, Lord knows how many times I've faced the bitch that is HTML syntax problems. I feel your pain, Cleo.
Fell asleep reading Wars of the Roses, because the damn thing reads like Tolkien. ("The whooooo? In the whaaaaat?") That says a lot about the book. I'm currently in the middle of RotK, and proud of it because it took a long time to finish TTT (scheduling and school, as well as a hiatus when I got ahold of OotP).
Oh, by the way, there be a comment for you in the writer girls "mini thread" we accidentally created over the past few days. I didn't think it would fit being posted here.
war of the roses rocks. (the historical period. not the film. that was overrated). ive always felt richard 3 was misunderstood and henry 7 was a git. might just be me tho.
Haven't gotten to Richard III or Henry VII yet--still on Margaret of Anjou starving to death in France, or something. I think she bounces back from that, though. Alison Weir keeps making dire foreshadowings of what's going to happen with Prince Edward and King Edward, but I'm not there yet.
