Why you went into teaching? I assume you wanted to teach. No-one warned you about the hideousness of marking and reports, did they? :-)

You supposed that a career in teaching would mean they allow you to teach? What on earth were you thinking? For 'Teacher', 'Nurse', 'Doctor', 'Social Worker' and many other classic professions, please read 'Automaton-in- charge-of-mindless-reams-of-beurocracy(sic)'

Mind you, it could be worse. I'm convinced they only call me a project manager because 'Arse-wiper to the board' would look worrying on my business card!

I just have to write a new scheme of work for all of KS3 and creat a subject wide method of grading and leveling pupils work for next year when we have no sats, and then get people to do it . and then do the bridging project not to mention the transition project oh and sort out two new members of staff. ahhh and i just remembered i have to invent a non NC KS$ chemistry course for next spetember for our new course option.
