Have you tried arguing with the insurance company, yet? If you have Tricare, sometimes they will cover a specialist if you ride their behinds about it.

Yeah I am arguing with them but this specialist is only in town for so long and I want to get it taken care of quickly. I am sure that they will eventually pay me back
